A focus on cooking methods is maintained throughout Level 2 Food; from roasting to frying and grilling. Creating sandwiches and salads for service is also covered.

Each year level is charged $255/year, (Approx $70 for ITO standards and balance on ingredients)

ASSESSMENT
Around 25% of the assessment is written with the balance being practical assessments. Some standards are 100% practically assessed.
This is a unit standards based course and as such, credits cannot be gained at Merit or Excellence level.
