Year 12 Agriculture
PREREQUISITES:
By negotiation or minimum 12 Credits at Level One Agriculture or Science. COURSE CONTENT
Students will study Animal Growth and Development and run and Extended Investigation that measures Growth and Development on live animals. Report on the Environmental Impacts of Dairying based on a field trip and design a riparian zone. They will also learn the factors that effect how, where and why land in used in NZ. COSTS: Students will be charged for any field trips to cover transport etc. Total costs will be approx $50.
ASSESSMENT: Assessment is all NCEA Achievement Standards at Level Two in both Internal and Externally assessed standards.
