Year 12 Furniture Design TechPREREQUISITES:
Level Two FDT is a big step up from Level 1 in terms of not just theory skills but also practical. Students need to use advanced craft skills to develop an outcome that is made to a very high standard. Level Two is all about attention to detail and producing well planned out and thoroughly detailed outcomes. Therefore if you didn't reach Merit for the implementation standards in level 1 you will not have automatic entry into this course. It is important you understand this before selecting level 2 FDT. OUTCOMES
Students will develop skills that will enable them to produce a technological solution to problems that involves them in:-
COSTS: A base charge for consumables (glue, varnish/paint, screws etc) of $50 per term for 3 terms will be applied (all up $150). Additional materials for individual student projects will be charged separately. COURSE CONTENT
